Regular Bachelor: Meet Purposeful Companionship
It’s a given I’m not a mass-produced laid back bachelor, traditionally accustomed to watching junk tv alone on a Friday night. I’d bet you guys haven’t seen me ramble on great dating and relationships. There’s a reason for that.
Boredom is an avoidable human characteristic and completely never written into my pedigree. But I do have a tender heart. There’s no point avoiding it, I was forced to end a 3-year relationship which meant a lot for us but simply deadended for both of us. Therefore somone could tell ya it may have been a few years since I was dating. I don’t hold the great expectations I held years ago.
Living free and single isn’t bad. It’s a given that I refuse to stay in undisturbed, watching Lost reruns. The number one reason for this bout of incidental dating loneliness? We’re not in high school, and there are fewer available women.
My take-no-holds golf pal, Brandon, who will never have dating lameness, informed me he’s now somewhere he can relate. He signed up for Great Expectations Phoenix. I take to getting to know new gals who share my passions. Go figure, I decided to make a change and signed up.
Be honest, ya can’t feel down by not having plans when you haven’t even put yourself into the game. Like our old football coach Jason Jennings told me between war stories, “If you don’t run you can’t score, Jeff.”
So he was divorced 4 times. But, the old man was truly a wise sould in a good old fashioned way. He was likable in all ways. This fantastic series of singles events in Dallas here might have overloaded the old man’s mind.
At yesterday’s Great Expectations dating events I talked to dozens accomplished and attractive singles that meet my interest. I truthfully had a blast with a few terrific enjoyable singles. The evening ended with a sweet farewell, in addition to the fact that I developed some professional connections for my company. I’m impressed.
Put yourself in the play. Can’t score if you don’t. Listen to me and believe in your own great expectations for life’s sake.
Sincerely,
Larry D.
